Laksa Chicken Drumlets by Janice Looi




Method
Marinate 12pcs of drumlets with 2tsp of Dancing Chef Laksa Paste ( I marinate in the morning and cook in the evening). Panfry and set aside.

Prepare pan and fry garlic and 2tsp of Dancing Chef Laksa Paste till fragrant, add 4 tbsp of coconut milk, water, laksa leaves (optional) and bring to a boil. Return drumlets and add in cornflour solution and mix well. Serve.
