Buffalo Wings by Anna Tan

Ingredients

12 Drumlets/ Mid Wings, Washed
1 - 1.5tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic/ 1 clove garlic minced
Dash ground black pepper
1to 1.5 tsp paprika powder ( more if you like spicy)

Marinate chicken wings with the marinade for at least 6 hours.

Sauce

1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce (Adjust the hot sauce up to your preference!)
1 tbsp honey or 1.5 tsp sugar.

Method

1. Remove marinated wings from fridge and set aside in room temperature for 30 mins at least.
2. Lay the chicken wings on the grill pan of AF or aluminium foil.
3. AF at 180 for 10 mins
4. Flip, AF 180 for 7 mins
5. Flip over again, 200 at 5 mins or more depending on the size of the wings.

6. Heat up saucepan with low heat, melt the butter, add in Sriracha hot sauce and honey/ sugar. Toss in the AF/ bake chicken wings. Coat them well, if it's too dry add 2 tbsp water and let the sauce fully coat the chicken wings. Turn off heat, ready to serve.
