Baked Honey Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings by Pauline Tan


Ingredients
- 5pcs Chicken Wings
- 1 Lemon

Marinate with:
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp maggi seasoning
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp honey
- lemon juice (from half lemon)

Method:
1) marinate chicken wings for at least 4hrs or overnight
2) Lay chicken wings on baking tray. Brush the remaining sauce on Chicken Wings
3) Grill at 220C for 20mins.
4) 1st 5mins, brush the remaining sauce. Cont to grill.
5) 2nd 5mins, turn the wings. Brush the sauce.
6) 3rd 5mins, brush the sauce
7) last 5mins, turn the wings. Brush the sauce.
8) last 2mins, lower the temp to 160C.
9) slice the other half of the lemon. Place on the plate. Then put the ready grilled chicken wings on top of the lemon.
10) done & enjoy!
