Fried Fermented Tofu Chicken by Jeannie Lee

Ingredients
6 chicken drumsticks
3pcs Fermented tofu
1tbsp Fermented tofu sauce
1 thumb size ginger - chopped n squeeze out ginger juice
3pcs garlics - chopped
1tbsp sugar
1tbsp sesame oil
2tsp cooking wine
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp tapioca flour/potato starch

Method
Marinate the chicken drumsticks with the above seasoning (except flour) for 3 hours or more n chill in the fridge.
Remove from fridge half hour before cooking
Coat chicken with flour and fry till golden brown or till cook.
Serve hot and enjoy.
