Dark soy sauce pork shoulder by Christine Tan


Approximately 500gm shoulder pork

2 tbsp marinate sauce (pic is shared in the comment box)
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sweet sauce
1 tbsp huatiao wine
2 tbsp potato starch
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1/3 ground pepper

Mix all together for 30mins

Heat wok
Add cooking oil and stir fry a big yellow onion till fragrance (chop in thin slices)
Add in the marinated pork and cook ...stir well
Add 1 big bowl of water to let it cook for 5mins (continue stirring)
Off fire when meat is cooked and serve with rice or congee
