Tomato Pasta by Cindy Angelique Chia


Ingredients
Choice of pasta
Minced beef
Diced celery
Sliced button mushrooms
One diced yellow onion
Diced garlic
Bottle of pasta sauce
Olive oil

Method
Boil pasta, drain to use later
Heat pan with olive oil
Add onions n garlic, celery fry till fragrant
Add meat n fry
Add pasta sauce
Bring to boil
Add pasta
Stir for 1 min
Season with bit of pepper and Italian herbs, sugar (if too sour) n tiny pinch of salt if desired
