Parmasen Crisps by Michelle Heng

Ingredients
40g parmasen cheese (grated)
1 tbsp black sesame seeds

Steps
1. Lay a baking paper on a baking tray.
2. Place a cookie cutter on the baking paper and scoop a teaspoon of parmasen cheese and pour it into the cookie cutter cavity.
3. Use the spoon end to spread out the cheese before gently lifting the cookie cutter. Repeat till rest of cheese is done.
4. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 200 deg C for 8 mins.
5. When cooled, gently lift the crisps from the baking paper.
6. Can use as garnish for salad/food or eat plain on its own.
