Minced pork with button mushroom pasta by Karen Ngoh



1) Minced pork
2) Button Mushroom
3) Rosemarry
4) tomatoes
5) Prego Sauce
6) Angel Hair - Pasta
7) Olive oil
8) Garlic

a) Add pinch of salt and one teaspoon of oil to pot of boiling water.
b) add in pasta, cook till the pasta soft or until when there is no "white white" color when you break the pasta. The inside if the pasta should be the same color as the outside
c) once done, raise with cold water until the pasta is cool
(Usually i will mix a little olive oil .. to prevent it from sticking together)

d) Oil the pan with olive oil, add garlic.. fry until brown
e) add in the minced pork, stir fry until dry, add in rosemarry
f) add in freshly cut tomatoes
g) add in Prego sauce ( i use 1 bottle for 3 pax)
h) sauce should be quite thick by now, add in mushroom
I) keep the fire low, make sure that it won't burn the sauce
j) off when you think is it ready
