Mac & Cheese by Pearly Toh

Ingredients
Chicken Franks
Onions
Minced Beef
Canned Button Mushrooms
Store-bought Pasta sauce
Shredded Mozzarella cheese
Cream crackers (lightly mashed)
Macaroni

Method
1. Heat up frying pan with little oil, stir fry diced onions, diced chicken franks, mushrooms and minced beef till fragrant, add some pepper, then set aside.
2. Pour 3/4 to 1 bottle of pasta sauce to heat up in pan, then mix in the above, mix well. Lastly, add in the al-dente macaroni and mix thoroughly.
3. Transfer to baking tray, top generously with lotsa mozzarella cheese and lightly mashed cream crackers.
4. Bake at 180 degree c for till top starts to brown
5. Serve hot.
