Fried Salmon Macaroni by Margaret Goh‎



1. Fry generous amount of minced garlic in 2 tbsp of butter till fragrant.
2. Place the scallops into the pan to cook them on one side first. Season with salt and black pepper. Turn them over to cook the other side as well. Once the scallops are cooked, dish them out.
3. Using the remaining butter and garlic in the pan, add mixed vegetables, diced ham and salmon (steamed and flaked) and cook them for a while.
4. Then add precooked macaroni and generous amount of parmesan cheese. Stir to mix well.
5. Dish out to serve with scallops and ready made meatballs.
