Creamy bacon & cheese pasta by


Ingredients
Pasta for 4 adults
200gm bacon bits (your preference)
1 punnet of fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves of garlic, sliced
200ml cooking cream

Method
1. Boil pasta with a teaspoon of salt until al dente.
2. While boiling the pasta, fry bacon until browned.
3. Add garlic & fry until fragrant.
4. Add mushrooms & fry until softened.
5. Add cooking cream, boiled pasta & half cup of its remaining water.
6. Stir well & bring sauce to a boil.
7. Serve immediately with grated cheese.
