Baked "Mac" & Cheese by Joyce Lim Pc‎


I replace Macaroni with Fussilli
1/2 packet of Fussilli
200ml of fresh milk
6 small pcs of SCS Butter
1 small can of button mushroom (sliced)
200g of honey baked ham (cube)
1 packet of cheddar cheese
1 packet of mozzarella cheese
2 foil tray

Boil the fussilli with a teaspoon of salt till half cook.
Rinse under running water n add a teaspoon of olive oil
Set aside

Heat up the pan
Melt the butter
Add ham/mushroom and stir fry for few mins
Add in the milk
Add in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese
Keep stirring till all cheese melt

Place the cool fussilli into the foil tray
Pour in the mixture on top
Add some mozzarella cheese on top

Place in oven and heat at 180degree for 20mins or till cheese turns partial brown

I did not add any salt as butter itself contains salt.

* another simple method is to replace the sauce with off the shelf pasta sauce n top with mozzarella cheese
