Stream rice with chicken by Jensie Tan


Ingredients
2 tbsp spoon rice (Japanese rice)
5 tbsp spoon of chicken stock 
2 drumsticks, cut the meat and used the bone for stock 
2 whole garlic with skin 
1 tbsp if red date 
1tsp sesame seed (optional) 
1tbsp of cooking wine 
1tsp of pepper 
1tbsp oyster sauce 
Marinate for 30 min

Method
Put in the rice, chicken and red date
Put 1 pc of garlic in the bowl 
Add in the stock and cover
Double boil for 35 mins
Switch off the fire and leave them in steamer until ready to serve
