Min Jiang Kueh 慢煎糕 by Lynn Jolynn


Ingredients
1. 500gm All Purpose Flour
2. 700ml water
3. One egg
4. 1 tsp of Yeast
5. 1 tsp of baking soda
6.150gm of sugar

Method
Mix all together and let it ferment overnight or 6 hours.
Preheat your pan with low heat, add in 2 scoops of batter. Slowly spread the batter all around the pan.

Sprinkle some sugar on the center, cover with lid about 30 sec. After that, put some peanut on it.

Serve hot!
