Ying yang noodles by Lena Lai


Sauté chopped garlic, add in the fish cakes, pork, prawns, stir fry awhile, add in few cups of chicken soup / water with 1/2 cube of chicken stock. Cook till it start to boil. Add in the vege, let it boil for awhile. Add salt n pepper. Now put in the tapioca mixture (6tbsp of tapioca n some Water) to thicken the gravy. Off the fire, pour the beaten eggs into the gravy n stir while u r pouring it. Done.
