Vegetarian Mee Tai Bak by Mabel Tan



4 minced garlic
1 packet Mee tai bak
100 gram bean sprouts
Cabbage
Long beans
Vegetarian char Siew
Vegetarian meat
Vegetarian seasoning 2 tbsp
1 tbsp dark and sweet sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauces

Stir fried the long bean 1st. Put aside.
Rinse the Mee tai bak with hot water.
Stir fry the garlic, put in the mee and the rest of the ingredients.
