2 cup plain flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbs oil
3/4 cup milk at room temperature
Combine all ingredients .
Knead it on a floured surface for about 2-3 mins. Dough will form smooth, not sticky and elastic.
Put into a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth for 30 mins.
Divide the dough into 10 equal ball. Let it rest for another 15 mins
Roll out each ball flat.
Heat your pan till hot. No oil needed . Throw your tortilla in .
Toast each side for about 30 sec to 1 min .
Put your tortillas on a plate cover with cloth. This is to prevent vapour .
