Sweet fried popiah skin by Quequek Yeo‎

Ingredients
Popiah skin
Salted butter - soften
Eggs white
Oil for deep frying
Icing sugar

Method
Spread a bit butter on the popiah skin
Roll the skin and using egg white to seal the end
User scissor to cut the rolled skin into diagonal pcs
Deep fried till golden brown
Silt some icing sugar on top of it. ..
Done!
