Steamed Sea bass and top with lime, garlic and coriander sauce by Anna Teo



Season fish with salt and few slices of ginger. Please keep the gravy of the steamed fish, it adds favour to the lime sauce.

Method 1
Sauce:
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 lime into juice
2 tsp sugar
3-4 clove garlic chopped finely
2 chili padi chopped
1 red chili chopped

Mix all ingredients well till sugar dissolve. Pour on cooked hot fish. Garnish with a bunch of chopped coriander. Serve hot!

Method 2Sauce:
You may want to boil the sauce with 1/4 cup water and few stripe of white cabbage on a low heat for 8 mins. Top on ready steamed fish and garnish with chopped coriander.
