1 cup soy bean 5 and 1/2 cup water
Pandan leaves (optional)
Soak soy bean in water overnight.
Combine soaked beans and water in the blender. Blend it for approx 30 second.
Using a cheese filter cloth, squeeze out the milk as much as you can.
Boil the milk with pandan leaves for about 15 minutes. If you want a richer/thicker taste, boil it for about 45 minutes. (I did it for about 15 mins)
Add sugar (Mine is sugarless and it taste awesome!)
Store in a bottle . Keep it for no longer than 3 days.
