I piece seaweed (6" x6")
1 piece ham, chopped
1 carrot (shredded)
Seasoning- salt, pepper, sesame oil
Beat eggs with seasoning then add in chopped ham and carrots.
(Actually i use the carrot pulp from juicing - can omit)
Heat up Happy call pan with a little oil, pour in the egg mixture. Quickly put on the seaweed on top.
Roll up the egg and seaweed till the end, into a roll. Close HappyCall pan to allow the egg roll to cook, turning it to cook on all sides.
Remove from heat and cut with a sharp knife into slices.
