1) Trim off the 4 sides of bread.
2) Flatten the bread with a rolling pin.
3) Spread margarine or butter on flattened bread.
4) Place cooked sausage on bread and roll it tightly.
5) Beat and mix 2 eggs with salt, pepper and parsley flakes. Coat bread with egg mix.
6) Pan-fry with minimal oil (low fire), roll it gently to get nice brown colour all round.
