Ingredients

(A) Tapioca Flour 300g & a few cut pandan leaves
Place the above on a baking tray and bake for 45 to 1hr at 150 deg C. Leave it to cool overnight.
(B) Coconut Milk 140g
Icing Sugar 125g
Egg Yolk 1pc
Margarine 20g

Method

1. Knead (B) , then gradually add into sifted (A) & mix well till it forms a soft
dough.

2. Flour your worktop and roll out pastry, cut out your desired pattern and
bake at 160deg for 15 to 20 mins.
