Ingredients
Dried Prawns - ( washed & drain )
Sambal Chilli Paste ( Singlong Sambal Prawn Chilli )
Sugar
Spring Roll Skin

Method
1) Using a food processor, grind dry prawns.
2) Pan fry dry prawns & Sambal Chilli till well mixed, add in sugar to ur taste. Cook for a few Mins, stirring.
3) Remove frm heat & cool the filling, do drain oil on kitchen paper.
4) Cut spring roll skin into squares ( 5cm )
5) Wrap filling like spring roll, seal w/ cornstarch glue
( dun put too much filling )
6) Deep fry in oil till golden brown & drain
