Baked prata sausage roll by Vivian Tang‎


1. Place prata in room temperature for abt 5 minutes until it is soft enough to roll.
2. Place sausage (and cheese) and roll the prata up.
3. Put the rolled pratas on baking paper/ greased baking tray.
4. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. I then increased the temperature to 200 degrees and baked for another 8 minutes. ( this is my first time baking prata so not very sure ant the right temperature.. so you can play with the temperature a little!)
