Thai Mango Salad by Janet Liew

Ingredients
1 green Thai mango (must b crunch) shred;
3 small onion slice thinly;
Handful cherry tomato (optional);
1 large chillie/ chillie padi shred;

Seasoning
1 tbsp palm sugar
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp Thai lime juice
PS: adjust sauce to ur liking

Garnish
Roasted peanut
Roasted dried prawns/hae bee hiam oso can
Coriander leaves
