Steamed blueberry cake by Eileen Heng

Ingredient A2 eggs
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp milk
3 tbsp condensed milk
1tsp vanilla extract

Ingredient B3/4 cup self raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Ingredient C1/2 cup blueberries

Put ingredient A into a mixing bowl n mix with a hand whisk till well combined.

Sift ingredient B into A n fold in with a spectula then add C n mix till combined

Scoop into muffin tin with cupcakes liners n steam on boiling hot water for 25 mins.
