Noodles in Sesame Sauce by Michelle Heng



 Ingredients (serves 3 pax)
240g spaghetti or ramen
1 medium carrot (julienned)
3-4 pc of lettuce (julienned)
2 eggs (beaten with pinch of salt)
6 pcs picnic ham (julienned)
12 crab sticks
3 tsp ebiko
1 bottle roasted sesame sauce

Steps
1. Microwave the carrots in a bowl of water on high for 1min, drain and set aside.
2. Fry eggs and julienne, set aside.
3. Briefly blanch the crab sticks, drain and set aside.
4. Cook the noodles as per instruction on the package. Drain and apportion onto 3 deep dishes.
5. Apportion and decorate the carrots, lettuce, eggs, ham, crab sticks and top with a tsp of ebiko on each dish of noodles.
6. Drizzle roasted sesame sauce and serve.
