Ingredients
1 pkt Babas Muruku Flour
1 cup rice flour
2 eggs
1.5 tsp corriender seeds
1 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tsp ajwan seeds - soak & drain water till dry (get frm Indian provision shop)
2 tsp salt
190gm butter (melted)
3-5 red chillies *optional
1 tsp chili powder *optional
200ml coconut milk
3 cups water

Method
1. Add ajwan seeds with Muruku flour ,Cili powder & rice flour mix well.
2. Blend the fennel seeds,corriender seeds,chillies with the 2 eggs.
3. Add in the melted butter & salt into the flour mixture & mix well.
4. Add in the coconut milk into the mixture.
5. Add water slowly till it forms into a soft & slightly sticky dough.
6. Heat the oil in the wok.
7. Using the Muruku dispenser or a piping bag with the "small star" tip,pipe the mixture into the hot oil in a circular motion. If you can't achieve the circular motion not to worry..Fry till it turns golden brown.
Note: shld you have no confidence piping directly into the hot oil, pipe the mixture onto your frying spatula and dip the spatula into the oil till it releases the Muruku..repeat the same process till you are done.
