Ingredients:
1) meat 500-600g (skinless, cut into strips)
2) honey 2 tablespoon
3) garlic, crushed 2 tbsp
4) water 500ml
5) 2 tablespoons shaoxing rice wine, 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
Seasoning:
1) soy sauce 4 tablespoons
2) oyster sauce 1 tbsp
3) dark soy sauce a little paint
Method:
1. Mix well all ingredients and seasonings evenly marinated, pricked the meat with a toothpick to make it even to taste ~ marinated for 4 hours.
2.Boiling water, pour in the marinate meat and lower heat to cook for 30-45 minutes until sauces thicken.
3. Take out the meat, cook with pan fry until both sides slightly brown, cut silde, boil the sauce till thicken, pour over and serve hot.
Pressure Cooker Method
1.Mixed pork belly with marinade for 4 hours or overnight.
2.Place the marinated pork belly into the inner pot of Intelligent Electronic Pressure Cooker. Cover with lid and turn 'PRESSURE'. Press "High Pressure button and key in 10 minutes. Press "On/Off" button to start cooking.
3.When the timer is off open the lid, select "Stir -fry "function to cook the char siu until almost dry, remove char siu and cut into pieces. Serve.
