Yields about 50 cookies
150gm unsalted butter. Soften.diced.
225gm plain flour. Sifted. Plus some extra for dusting later.
100gm caster sugar. I reduced to 75gm.
1 egg yolk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together well
Add some flour for dusting and mould the shapes of your cookies Preheat oven at 200degree
Bake for approximately 10-15mins at 180deg
