A) 4 egg yolk
60ml milk
50ml corn oil
100g self raising flour
B) 4 egg white
1/4 tsp tartar
120g fine sugar
C) 20g cocoa powder
1) mix A well, set aside
2) whisk egg white, gradually add in tartar and sugar.
Whisk til stiff peak.
3) mix 1/3 white into yolk batter, stir gently. Than mix all.
4) divide batter into 2 portion
Add cocoa into 1 portion. Mix gently.
5) 7" round baking tin. 2 scoop of original batter into centre of baking tin. 2 scoop of cocoa batter on top of original batter, repeat til all batter is use up.
6) 150°c for 50 min.
Top bottom heat.
