My observations :- As this is a butterless cake, the taste of the final product depends largely on the bananas. I would recommend adding a pinch of salt and a tsp of vanilla/banana essence to enhance the taste/fragrance. Also, for a darker colour, I used brown sugar instead of white.

If using the plastic moulds in the picture, it is not necessary to oil them. After filling up the mould, remember to tap it lightly on the counter a few times to release any trapped air. I did not, hence you can see ‘holes’ here and there.
