QQ 面疙瘩 or mee hoon kueh by Cassandra Chee

250gm plain flour : half amount water : 1 tsp salt

Knead until a dough is formed. Roll into strips of 1 inch thickness. Soak in water for 45mins. Bring a pot of water to boil. Pull, flatten & peel the dough & drop into boiling water. It's ready when they float. Drain & serve with sauce or soup.
