Pumpkin Omelette by Esther Tho

 Recipe :- (original no cheese)

1 egg
1 heap tbsp of pumpkin puree
1 tbsp of milk or cooking cream
pinch of salt
(I added 1 tsp of parmesan cheese)

Mix all up and pan fried.
Top 1 tsp of pumpkin puree and garnish with Korean seaweed.
Done! Enjoy!
