Method :
Mix rice, beaten eggs, chopped spring onion, minced pork, hua diao jiu, corn starch/flour, chicken cube powder, salt, pepper, sugar (optional) , then pan fry till brown and crispy. Of course you can add more vege, such as chopped carrots and onions, you can even add some cheese to enhance it. Good for kids who don't like vegetables.

 *** the mixture should not be watery. Should be a bit sticky.
