Chicken patty
Minced chicken meat marinate
(Salt & pepper, light paprika, some corn flour & cottage cheese). Chopped some chicken sausages and mixed all together & knead them into shape and put into freezer for a quick chill to set the shape.

Note: If future have time, you can make the patties in advance and just fridge normal for about 20min to set the shape.

Sauteed mushrooms wish salt and pepper first then Pan fried the chicken patty. While cooking the chicken patty, I toast my bread (home made) & lay lettuce and topped with the sauteed mushrooms. Last the chicken patty top on the mushrooms.

Done! Burger served.
