Sweet & Sour Fish Fillet by Jo R Zhu

1 packet ready battered Fish Filet
1 yellow capsicum
1 red capsicum
1 big tomato
(cut the above 3 vege to preferred size)
lettuce for garnishing purpose
Maggi Chilli Sauce
Maggi Tomato Sauce
Some sugar
white vinegar
Some chopped garlic

Fry the ready battered fish filet
(Leave aside while preparing the sauce)
Heat up pan, add oil, stir fried some garlic, add in capsicum to stir fry awhile, do not overcook the vege. Add in 5 tbsp of Tomato Sauce, 2 tbsp of Chilli Sauce, 1 tbsp of white vinegar & some sugar according to your preference. Add some water if the sauce mixture is too thick for u to handle. Once it has come to your desired texture, add in the tomato & follow by the fried fish filet. Mix well so that they are evenly coded with the sauce. Place some lettuce on a place & the dish on top. Its ready to serve! ENJOY!

For some who prefer faster version, may just buy a bottle of ready made sweet & sour sauce
