GARLIC PRAWN AGLIO OLIO by Sugar Ng



 Ingredients
• Pasta / Spaghetti
• Fresh Prawns Shelled
• Virgin olive oil
• Chopped garlic plenty
• 1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes or chopped chili pardi (Parnas!)
• Italian chopped fresh parsley flakes
• Pesto ( optional)
• Butter
• Salt

 Method:
Cook pasta in hot boiling water ( add pinch of salt) until al dente. Drain and set .
Put some butter or olive oil in a separate fry pan.
Saute the garlic till fragrant, add the chili flakes, fry awhile add pesto or chopped parsley.
Add the prawn to fry together with these goodness
When prawn quite done, throw in the pasta and toss in pan, add some salt(optional)
Dish out serve hot and sprinkle some chopped parsley . Muack!
