Ingredients :
100g cake flour
5g cocoa powder
40g sugar
20g egg
1/4 tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
40g unsalted butter (room temp)
1/4 baking powder
Some extra cake flour to flour the cutter

Method :
1) sieve cake flour with baking powder and set aside. Line baking tray with parchment paper.

2) cream sugar with butter using electrical mixer till mixture turns pale and fluffy.

3) add in egg and mix well.

4) add in flour, mix well to form a soft dough.

5) take out half the dough and put in plastic bag.

6) add in cocoa powder to the other half and mix well. Put in plastic bag.

7) keep the dough in fridge for half hour.

8) remove dough from fridge. Roll the dough in between 2 plastic sheet and cut with the cookies cutter. Can leave in room temp for a while to soften a bit if got difficulty in rolling.
If the dough become too soft after cut, put it in fridge to firm up b4 you lift up the cut out dough.

9) Baked at preheated oven at 175 degree for about 15 to 20 mins.

10) Cool and keep in airtight container.
