Butter raisins rice by Jeannie Lee‎



What I do is: I melt some butter in a heated saucepan (I used 2 rice cups of rice and about 50gm butter)
Onced the butter melted, pour in the washed rice and mixed and stir well with the butter. Add water just nice to cover up the rice. Cook on low heat. Once rice about to cook, put in the raisins and mixed well. Cover and simmer till rice is fully cooked. Serve it hot.
