Recipe from Richard goh. Recipe can be obtained from wens delight. I have reduced the sugar and oil and used a 9' sq cake tin.
Just a tip on the adding of oil into batter. Scoop some batter to the oil and stir them with a whisk to cooperate the batter well then pour this into the main batter. Need to corporate well the oil and batter else it will sink to the base.
As for the stickers it is from TB bought sometime ago I just wrap the cake with cling wrap follow by clear plastic seal with tape at the side.
