Steamed trio eggs by Doreen Tamjiak

 ~ serves 2-3

The recipe is based on my estimation. Kindly adjust it according to your preference.


2 chicken eggs
1 century egg, raw n cut into bite size
1 salted egg, raw n cut into bite size
4-5 tbsp minced pork
Room temperature water


1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 light soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Dash of pepper (optional)


Put all eggs in a steam dish.
Add seasoning and some water (depends on the texture you like).
Steam for about 15 mins.
