Method of kneading, I used Thermomix. I knead a min, stop 15 mins to rest the gluten. Then continue another 2 min, rest 15 mins. Then another 3 min. Total 6 mins just like kneading bread. Timing depend on type of gadget. With little oil, take out the dough , divide into 8 portion for 500gm flour, let it rest 30 mins. Now form it into 8 balls. Do not use too much oil as this will be diff to make into balls. I divided it into square, then make it round.

Now, after making into balls, oil them n keep them immerse in a pot of oil. Keep for at least 6 hrs. Then remove onto oiled surface. Lots of oil.
