Ingredients
1. hor fun or flat rice noodles.
2. light soy sauce
3. dark soy sauce
4. cooking oil
6. prawns (peeled , with tails left intact)
7. squid (cut into rings)
8. Baby choy sum
9. Sliced Meat or fish (marinate with pepper, light soya sauce and cornflour).
10. cloves garlic (minced)
11. One egg (beaten)
12. Chicken broth.

Seasoning 'A'
1.One teaspoon for
light soya sauce, dark soya sauce,
2. A bit of pepper n sugar.
3. Oyster sauce (optional).

Method.
1. Heat up a wok, add in 1 tablespoon cooking oil. Add in hor fun and stir-fry for 2 -3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce and stir-fry another 3-5 minutes until the noodles are evenly browned and u can smell the rice fragrance.
Then set it aside on a plate.

2. Heat up 2 tablespoons oil in wok, sauté garlic until fragrant, and pour chicken broth and seasoning 'A'.
Let it boil.

2. add prawn, squid, marinated sliced meat/fish and choy sum and and continue to cook abt two minutes.

3. Add the beaten egg into the sauce and stir quickly to get an egg sauce. Pour the sauce on top of the cooked hor fun and ready to serve.
