Tuna Spread Bun by Jenni Chen



300g bread flour , 1 tbsp curry powder ( optional ) , 30gr caster sugar , 1/2 tsp salt , 1 tsp instant yeast , 30 g butter , 180 ml water . For filling I use canned tuna spread .

Method :
1. combine ingredient in mix bowl except water , using a dough hook mix a while .add water and mix to form a soft dough.
2 . Knead dough for 10 minute until smooth and elastic .
3 . Cover and leave to rise until doubled size about 40 mins .
4 . Cut dough into 40 g 1 pieces , roll into ball, leave to rest for 10 mins , flatten and wrap with your desire filling .
5. Leave to prove until doubled in size for 40 mins , brush with egg yolk, springcle sesame seed on top .
6 . Bake at preheated oven 200 c oven for 20 mins .
