Thai Mango Salad by Angela Low Gek Luan

 
Ingredient:
A:
Thai King Mango 1 Pcs Shredded ...

B:
Peanut wash than oven bake
A few parsley leaf

C:
2 small Lime need only e juice
1Tbsp Fish Sauce
Tamarind Paste 2 TBSP + half cup water mix well & Filter off the seed & shell use a clay pot bring it to boil.
1Tbsp Honey

D:
Pound 1-2 Tsp of Garlic + 2 Chilli Padi
2 Small onion cut into slice
2 Tbsp Dried Prawn soak & pound than Oven Bake (180C for 10-15min)
3-4 Cherry Tomatoes cut into slices

Preparation:

Prepare a big salad bowl
Add in Ingredient D+C+A Toss & mix well
than garnish with B & serve

* If U can't get Thai King Mango can change it to Green Papaya
