Terriyaki Salmon by Carol Gockel

3 Salmon filet
1/2 cup of soy sauce (Kikkoman)
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
2 teaspoons brown sugar or honey
a little freshly squeezed orange juice to taste.

Stir till sugar dissolves, then marinate salmon in it for 2 hours. Then place salmon in baking dish, drizzle marinate over and bake for 15 minutes over 175 degrees.

If you prefer to have sauce on the side to serve ovet rice, you can brush the marinate over the salmon then thicken the remaining on a pan.
