Sutchi Oven Grilled in Herbs & Spice by Camilla Teo


For each fillet:-

3 thin slices of lemon placed under each fillet (do not add anymore lemon juice or the fillet might taste sour after baking)
Pinch of salt (if u prefer it to be saltier, use sea salt instead of normal salt)
White or black ground pepper (I used lot because we like peppery taste)
1 tsp of chopped garlic
1 tsp of chilli flakes
1 tsp of olive oil
1 red baby tomato (cut into small pieces)
1 yellow baby tomato (cut into small pieces)
Own choices of herbs ~ I used chives, coriander, green onions, thyme

 Sprinkle some dry white wine

 Aluminium foil (cut to wrap)

 Set oven at 150 degree grill for 30 mins
