Stir-Fry Potatoes and Carrots with Minced Pork by Serene Ng


Recipe for 2 to 3 persons
1. 1 carrot and 1 potato
2. 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
3. Spring onions (for garnishing)
4. Minced meat. (Marinate with salt, pepper and sesame oil)


Methods:
1. Wash the carrot and potato cleanly and put to boil together with its skin till soften. Cut all into cubes.
2. Pour a little oil into the skillet.
3. Fry the minced garlic till fragnant.
4. Pour in the minced meat and fry together with the garlic.
5. Pour in all the cut potatoes and carrots after the meat was no longer pinkish in colour
6. Stir fry and season with some oyster sauce, mirin and soya sauce. (Add more if u like)
7. Cooked for another 5 to 10min.
8. Served
